We decided this year, to name the lambs after jazz singers and musicians. The jazz afficionados in both our families would approve.
So without further ado.....
Here they are.
First up, Humbug's ewe lamb, Ella (Fitzgerald).
Here are Cashew's twins. They are Babydoll Romney crosses.
The little ewe lamb is Billie (Holiday).
Then we have Marmites twin ewes. This is Cleo (Laine). She is fuzzier than her sister.
And Bea (Wain), OK that one is a little obscure but she was a 1930's big band vocalist.
This is the little ewe, Peggy (Lee).

I can't wait to get out there and see them 'in person' ! They look so big already. I want to steal Tansy's little sister... I'm just warning you now ! Bea has 'The Look' just like Anise. She's going to be a little rascal. Bix might end up in one of my pockets too ~ that is if I remember to wear a big jacket.
Take care everyone,
and happy feeding !
Love,
April & David & The Girls. xo
I just wanted to say congrats and what lovely names! Bix Beiderbeck is NOT obscure (did I spell that right)?
Thanks for your lovely blog, which I stumbled upon through Ravelry probably, I don't recall. My husband and I are hoping to move to Powell River this year.
Need help with shearing?
All the best, Patricia

I popped over following the links from the comment you left on my blog. I'm so glad I did!!! I've had my dose of cuteness for the week!
I've never been out to Powell River even though I lived in BC until I was married. But now seeing your pics, I wish I had!
Awww, such sweet little lambs. Already grown a lot since those pictures I imagine?
I love all your baby pictures! What beautiful children (and fun names - I agree with Patricia, Bix is not that obscure!). Thanks for your delightful blog!
Argh. Just too cute. Found you through Aprilamb.
